R J Collins Roofing successfully delivered a series of re-roofing projects for this client, providing a complete upgrade to ensure long-term performance, improved energy efficiency, and readiness for modern installations.
Each project involved the full stripping of the existing roof coverings, followed by the installation of a new TLX Silver insulation roll. This high-performance insulation layer significantly enhances thermal efficiency, helping to reduce heat loss and improve overall property comfort.
The re-roofing works included the installation of counter battens and a breathable membrane system, ensuring effective ventilation and moisture control within the roof structure. The roofs were then finished with premium Redland Mini Stonewold tiles, combining durability with an attractive, traditional appearance.
To further enhance longevity and reduce maintenance requirements, we installed modern dry fix systems throughout, including dry hip and ridge systems for secure, weather-resistant finishes and dry valley systems to improve water drainage and prevent leaks.
